To send an email at a specific day/time in Outlook on the web or Outlook.com, use Schedule send when composing the message.
Schedule an email for Monday/Tuesday (Outlook on the web / Outlook.com)
- Sign in to Outlook on the web / Outlook.com.
- Select New mail and write the email (To, Subject, message body).
- Next to Send, select the dropdown arrow.
- Select Schedule send.
- Choose one of the suggested times or select a custom date and time (e.g., next Monday or Tuesday at the desired time).
- Select Send.
The email will stay in Drafts until the scheduled time and then send automatically. There is no built‑in “repeat every week” option, so the email must be scheduled each week, or copied and scheduled again after it sends.
Send earlier or cancel before the scheduled time
- Go to the Drafts folder.
- Open the scheduled message and select the Edit pencil icon.
- To send immediately, select Send Now. To cancel, delete the draft.
