The problem you are experiencing is not clear, if you want to setup Windows Hello as the login option on your account, open the Settings App, then go to Accounts - Sign-In Options.

To unlock a Windows 11 laptop using Windows Hello, Windows Hello must be set up first, then used on the lock screen.

Steps to set up Windows Hello:

1. Open Settings on the PC.

3. Under Ways to sign in, choose one of:
   • Facial recognition (Windows Hello) – requires a Windows Hello–compatible infrared camera.

   • PIN (Windows Hello) – works on any device and is required as a fallback.
4. Select the method (for example, Facial recognition (Windows Hello), Fingerprint recognition (Windows Hello), or PIN (Windows Hello)), then select Set up.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enroll the face, fingerprint, or create a PIN.

How to unlock the screen with Windows Hello:

1. Put the PC to sleep or lock it (for example, press Windows key + L).
2. On the lock screen, wake the device (press a key, click the mouse, or open the lid).
3. Use the configured Windows Hello method:
   • Look at the camera if Facial recognition is set up.
   • Touch the fingerprint reader if Fingerprint recognition is set up.
   • Enter the Windows Hello PIN if using a PIN.

Once configured, Windows Hello provides a faster and more secure way to unlock the Windows 11 laptop without typing the account password each time.
