Global Admin MFA lockout

Hello Microsoft Support,

We are currently locked out of our Microsoft 365 tenant because all Global Administrator accounts require multifactor authentication (MFA), but the registered Microsoft Authenticator devices are no longer accessible.

Current situation:

  • No active admin sessions remain
  • All Global Admin accounts are affected
  • Passwords are correct, but MFA verification cannot be completed
  • No backup authentication methods were configured
  • We still own and control the domain and DNS records associated with the tenant

We need assistance with Global Administrator account recovery and MFA reset for the tenant.
