AI Hub deletion blocked by orphaned AI Project reference.

Orphaned project: /subscriptions/$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$/resourceGroups/rg-lab-ia-frc-CLe/providers/Microsoft.MachineLearningServices/workspaces/proj-chatbot-demo-cle

Error: AI hub still has associated AI projects ... in Active state. Please hard delete it first. The project resource group no longer exists and Get-AzResource returns 404.
