ERROR no pin show

First there's a problem with my fingerprint and i try to find a solution with AI until it recomend to delete some folder, and now my device end up without pin, on my sign in option there is no option for PIN and fingerprint. please i need recomendation how to fix it

Are the sign in options completely gone?

Please open the Windows Recovery environment using either of the steps below:

On the Lock Screen, Press and hold the Shift key. Then, click the restart button on the lock screen located at the bottom right situated in the Power menu, to open the Windows Recovery options.

If you cannot reach the Lock screen or start your computer, restart your PC two times when the boot screen is shown. If your PC has no restart button, press and hold the Power button until the computer shuts down. Do this twice.

On the third time, windows should open Windows Recovery options automatically.

In the Windows Recovery menu,

Select the Troubleshoot option.

Then, select Advanced Options.

Click Startup Settings as the next step.

Click the Restart button.

Click five or F5 to Start the computer in Safe Mode with Networking.

Let me know if Safe Mode works.

Follow these steps to get back a working sign‑in method and then re‑enable PIN and fingerprint.

1. Sign in using password

• On the lock screen, choose Sign‑in options.
• Select Password and sign in with the account password.

2. Recreate the PIN (Windows Hello)

• In Windows, open Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign‑in options.
• Under PIN (Windows Hello):
  • If I forgot my PIN is available, select it and follow the steps to set a new PIN.
  • If PIN is missing entirely, first make sure the account is online (connected to the internet), then check again under Sign‑in options for PIN (Windows Hello) and configure it.
• If the PIN still cannot be added and was working before, a damaged app/driver/update may be the cause. In that case, use Restore or reset your PC as described in the Surface/Windows Hello article to return the system to a working state before the problem.

3. Re‑set up fingerprint (Windows Hello) Once the PIN is working again:

• Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign‑in options.
• For Windows 11: choose Fingerprint recognition (Windows Hello).
• Select Set up (or Add another if one exists) and follow the wizard.
• When enrolling the fingerprint, place the finger flat in the middle of the sensor with light pressure and slightly change position a few times so more of the fingerprint is captured.

4. If fingerprint still fails

• Ensure the fingerprint reader is clean and dry.
• Re‑register fingerprints: remove existing fingerprints under Fingerprint recognition (Windows Hello), then set them up again.
• Check Windows Update and device drivers (especially under Biometric devices in Device Manager) and install any available updates.

5. As a last resort If none of the above works and both PIN and fingerprint options are missing or broken after deleting folders, perform a restore or reset of the PC to repair Windows Hello components. The Windows Hello troubleshooting article explicitly recommends restore/reset when Windows Hello used to work and then stopped after changes.
