Is this your personal computer, work computer, or school computer? Are you using a VPN on that computer right now? Can you log in to Threads using another device, such as another computer or your phone?

If it is your personal computer, try disabling any active VPN to see if it is causing the problem.

Also, try using a different web browser to isolate the issue. While doing that, connect to a different internet connection.

If it works there, try this in your Microsoft Edge browser:

    1. Start Edge, click 3 dots, go to Settings > Choose privacy, search and service > Scroll down to Delete browsing data > Under clear browsing data. Select all, Clear now.
    2. On your keyboard, press Windows + R the type or copy and paste: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge\

Back up the User Data folder and store it in a different location.

Once completed, delete the folder from the path mentioned above.

Then check to see if the issue is fixed.

    1. If the issue still persists, try resetting Edge: Start Edge, click 3 dots > Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their default values > Reset.

    Restart your computer and check.

    Hi,

What is the exact error message you receive when trying to log in? Are you logging in to your Microsoft account?

Do you have any recovery methods available, such as a phone number or an alternative email address?

Have you already tried resetting your password?
