Windows 11 PC Health Check App not installing

Trying to install the PC Health Check App and everyone I start it it says “Another installation is in progress.” But it’s said it from the first time I’ve opened it when I first downloaded it.

Not sure if it’s related or not, but when I open the update and security settings page it instantly closes???

    I believe your system is running some updates.
    First wait for a while and try again and if the problem persist, then restart your PC and then run the setup again.
