    Hello, João Gama.

    1. Disconnect all external USB devices and reboot the Surface.
    2. In the Device Manager, disconnect and reconnect the "problematic" devices.
    3. Reinstall the drivers for the Surface: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=103505 and reboot the Surface.
