Component Services hangs to open the Component Services --> My Computer folder

I have a problem when open de Component Services mmc, it's hangs to open the Component Services -- > My Computer, I already applied what in some forum they comment about edits the host file with the lookback IP but I continue with the problem, I have Windows 2016 and this only happens in one of 2 nodes of a SQL cluster.
