To answer your questions:
- Yes, I still receive emails from my regular senders. The email I am using is an active email.
- No, I have not seen the emails through Junk, deleted files or "other"
- I am accessing my email through my desktop application
I've looked through my Junk mail, deleted files, and "other" lists. I entered the customer service chat earlier today and they walked me through checking my Inbox Rules and Blocked Senders list but we found nothing.
According to the person I spoke to, they seem to think that it is an issue with the Outlook filtering server and encouraged me to reach out to Windows and Office technical support by placing a ticket. They gave me the instructions but I was unable to place a ticket for continued service.
If you can help me with is situation, I would deeply appreciate it.
