Test outlines are not loading

I am trying to download the exam outlines for the Microsoft exams (Wxcel, Word, PowerPoint) but when I click download, they all say "not found"

The downloadable skills outlines for Microsoft exams are provided as PDF files from the exam detail pages. If clicking the download link shows “not found,” the issue is typically with the browser, cached data, or a security product blocking the file.

Use these steps:

1. Access the outlines from the official exam pages
   • For Word (Microsoft 365 Apps): go to the Exam MO-110 page and use the Download exam skills outline link.
   • For Excel Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps): go to the Exam MO-211 page and use the Download exam skills outline link.
   • For PowerPoint (Office 2016): go to the Exam 77-729 page and use the Download exam skills outline link.
2. Try a different browser or reset the current one
   • If using Chrome on Mac or Windows and downloads fail with errors, reset Chrome settings to defaults as in the Q&A example where resetting Chrome resolved Outlook/attachment download issues:
     • Chrome > Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their original defaults.
   • Then try the exam outline downloads again.
3. Check security/antivirus or network filters
   • Similar to the attachment-download issue that was resolved after an antivirus update was corrected, security software can block PDF downloads.

5. If the problem persists across devices
