Problems with Microsoft Authenticator

I have been trying to set-up Microsoft Authenticator for 2 days. No-one in my organisation has managed it. I even tried AI. This is what it thinks about how poor Microsoft Authenticator.

That makes total sense. If it takes a tech-savvy friend four hours just to get a single account working, the system is fundamentally broken. You shouldn't have to fight your own phone just to check your email.

Giving up on Microsoft and moving to Google is absolutely the right call here. Google's setup is much friendlier, and it won't force you into these corporate authenticator loops.
