I've made my entire file system into a user space library for my custom application kernel. How do I slow down my system so that graphics will work at its slowest its still to fast for my TV to use fps, and For an architecture where 'file' and 'runtime state' are the same thing, what are the biggest pitfalls regarding data corruption during unexpected power-offs, and how can I implement atomic writes into a user space library structure?

thanks in advance
