it doesnt want to open some apps e.g app store or install apps and i want to update my windows

    I need some information about your current version and build number of Windows to be able to provide you with a solution.

    Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
