    1. Are you signed in to OneDrive and Microsoft 365 with the same Microsoft account?
    2. Does your Microsoft account show an active Microsoft 365 subscription at https://account.microsoft.com/services?
    3. Are you seeing this issue in the OneDrive desktop app, the web version, or both?
