Faulty Elite 2 Controller

My less than a year old replacement Elite 2 controller has a faulty left thumbstick, it sticks when used and doesn't return to the middle without input. It's apparently out of warranty even though I only ordered it 5/10/25, so it's only been 7-8 months. Is there any way of contacting support that isn't via AI or phone? I don't really want to spend £76.44 again to get a replacement that might break in less than a year.

    Hii,

Sorry, I didn't see the "out of warranty" message. This issue can usually be analog stick drift or an internal problem.

If you log in with your Xbox account, request to open a chat and select "I want to speak with a representative." They will ask several questions; if you say "physical problem," speak with a representative, and they will direct you to an Xbox agent.

    Thanks
