Azure Startup Program Linkedin Verification Failure

I am currently experiencing an issue during the LinkedIn verification step of the Azure for Startups application process.

I have successfully completed the initial application steps. Additionally, I have previously been approved for Azure credits through the program.

However, when attempting to complete the LinkedIn account verification required for the current application, I consistently receive the following error message:

{"error":{"code":"BadRequest","message":"BadRequest (Conflict)"}}

The error appears immediately after initiating the LinkedIn verification process, preventing me from proceeding with the application. I use same email address on Azure and also on Linkedin, however i cannot proceed with the verification.

Could you please investigate this issue or advise on any steps I can take to complete the verification successfully?

Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello @Ozan

    Thank you for reaching out on Microsoft Q&A. I personally feel your pain on this one and hope to get you the right help you need to get this right for you and your venture.

    Because this error is specific to your account state, we do not have the backend access required on this public forum to investigate the conflict or manually override the verification process.

    Since you are applying for the Microsoft for Startups program, the Microsoft for Startups Program Support team is best equipped to resolve verification and compliance issues.

    Next Steps: Please submit a support ticket directly to the Microsoft for Startups team so they can investigate the conflict on your account. You can do this by navigating to https://aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal to log a request ticket. Also provide the exact error message your received and mention that you have successfully completed the initial application steps and were previously approved for Azure credits.

    The support team will be able to look at your backend profile and help unblock the verification process.

    Good luck with your startup my friend. This is an exciting time to build one.
