MCT ID/Program Access Code

Question

Hi,

I have been trying to get the code to put into the Metrics that Matter system but I am unsure of what is required to give to the training company.

It used to be the MCT ID which I do not have and then I have read that it is the program access code but I do not see where this is.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

1. Sign in to the MCT Portal using the Microsoft account associated with the MCT profile and verify the MCT status and details shown there.
2. If the required code or ID is not visible or is unclear, contact MCT Support so they can confirm exactly which identifier should be used for the specific training provider/system:
   • Use the MCT-specific support channel at MCT Support for issues with enrollment, benefits, or training courses.
   • Alternatively, submit a credentials support request via the online support flow described at online support request, choosing Product family “Learning” and Product or Service “Microsoft Credentials,” then describe that a code/ID is needed for a training provider system.
