CMD prompt opens and closes immediately

CMD prompt opens and closes immediately

So this prompt minimizes everything but microsoft edge(if it's open). I could finally catch the path to it but couldn't find anything related. Please help, I've tried disabling CMD and going through my registry too but nothing helped so far.

the path - "C:\Users*account name*\AppData\Roaming\sffaebw"

I'm a little confused about the issue you meet. Do you mean a cmd prompt open and close by itself?
You say the prompt minimizes everything but microsoft edge, how does the cmd prompt minimize windows?
Could you please provide the screenshot of the issue and the steps to reproduce the issue, so that we can have a better understanding of the issue?

Since when this problem started?
Run the Windows Update and download and install all updates.
