Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you getting an error message when you try to send or reply to emails? If yes, what is the exact error?
    2. Also, are you using Outlook.com (personal Microsoft account)? Outlook desktop app? Outlook for business/work or school account?
    3. Can you still receive new emails, or is sending and replying the only issue?

Account checks cannot be performed here, but there are several steps that can be taken in Outlook.com when unable to send or reply to emails:

    1. Confirm that the mailbox and Microsoft cloud storage are not full. If storage is full, sending and receiving email is blocked. Check mailbox storage using the mailbox storage page linked from the article and free up space if needed.
    2. If a specific message will not send and stays in Drafts, open the Drafts folder, remove large attachments from that message to reduce its size, then send again. If the message is no longer needed, delete it from Drafts and then permanently delete it from Trash so the error stops appearing.
    3. If using Outlook for Mac and messages still do not send after checking size and storage, use Help > Contact Support in Outlook for Mac to reach support directly from the app.
    4. If the issue is specifically with Outlook.com in a browser and persists, use the in-product Help pane: select Help on the top menu, search for the issue, then at the bottom choose Still need help? > Yes to contact Outlook.com support after signing in.

For any account-specific investigation (such as server errors, blocks, or security issues), contact Outlook.com or Microsoft account support using the built-in Help/Contact Support options described in the articles.
