Item does not exist

I need support for OneDrive Personal. A file appears in My Files but opening it says "Item does not exist".

    But OneDrive Personal issue: all Word/Excel/PowerPoint files disappeared at once. I did NOT delete them.

    Files previously appeared in Home/Recent but opening them said "Item does not exist". Recycle Bin is empty. Storage is now under 0.1 GB. After signing in again, all recent files disappeared.

    I need a human support agent to check OneDrive backend/account state or recovery options.

    Can you check if the same file opens when you sign in directly to OneDrive web https://onedrive.live.com?

    If it also fails there, try refreshing the page and check the OneDrive Recycle Bin to see if the file was removed.

    Also, is this happening with only one file or multiple files?
