Request for Exam Rescheduling

As per the schedule, I completed the system test successfully. However, after finishing the test, my exam did not launch. I attempted to contact the PersonVUE support team, but unfortunately did not receive proper assistance.

I kindly request you to consider my situation and reschedule my exam at the earliest convenience.
