    As enabling hardware virtualization is a bios feature, only your hardware manufacturer can give exact instructions. Anyway boot into the bios (this is usually a special key pressed during boot). Then go thru the bios menu looking for the virtualization settings and enable. On intel is often VT-x or VT-d and amd it’s often SVM mode.

    After updating the bios, boot then via window features -> turn features on and off -> enble virtualization
