I wanted to know if my microsoft account is still associated with my work company

i need to associate my personal microsoft accout to avail me 50% exam voucher from Accenture, after I got the 50% xam voucher for taking test assesment from Microsoft an gotten 50% voucher .. i was hopi to get 100% exam voucher
