AI that cheats, lies, deceives, does not follow rules you give them, does not care about consequences is no good for anything.

It is not possible to get any straightforward, believable, adequate answer out of any Microsoft customer service system.

You have to rethink, retrain, re-school all of your AI software to get people to trust it and use it.

Clearly your options to select tags manually are made by a narrow-minded person. The concept "Customer Service" does not even show up on the list. Your tiny list ensures that the tags will not be fitting for specific questions.
