To clarify:
- There is no other global administrator in this tenant
- I am the only admin
- All MFA methods are currently unusable (Authenticator push, codes, passkeys)
- I cannot access Azure portal or Security Info
- I also cannot open an Azure support ticket because login requires MFA
Therefore, none of the self-service or admin recovery options are applicable in my case.
This clearly matches the single-admin tenant lockout scenario described.
Given that, I believe escalation to the Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team is required, as there is no remaining recovery path available.
Could this case please be escalated accordingly?
