Failed Transaction for Minecraft subscription

Question

I can't buy Minecraft bedrock renewing realm subscription. Before it mentioned something on a line of failed, try another payment method or contact payment provider, now it said "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out. Get more info". I'm not sure if I am suppose to contact Microsoft or Minecraft team. Can you help me.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. My apologies and I understand that you are having an issue with regards to renewing your realm subscription for Minecraft Bedrock.

Please check if you will be able to do the realm renewal at account.microsoft.com/services from a browser and check if you will be able to do it from there.

The error in the screenshot is a Microsoft Store billing issue, so it needs to be handled through the Microsoft account and payment settings, not by the Minecraft game team.

Try these steps in order:

1. Check for past-due subscriptions
   • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for Minecraft.
   • If any subscription shows as past due, select Pay now and complete payment. A past-due balance can block new purchases and renewals.

2. Verify and update the payment method
   • Go to the Payment options page at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.
   • Make sure the card or PayPal being used is:
     • Not expired.
     • Has correct number, name, billing address, and postal code.

3. Check for other Microsoft Store issues
