If Copilot is not responding, you can try the following steps:
- Refresh the app/page or restart the application (e.g., Teams, Word, or browser).
- Sign out and back in to your Microsoft account.
- Check your internet connection and reconnect/disable VPN if in use.
- Try a different browser or device (Microsoft Edge is recommended for best compatibility).
- Clear browser cache/cookies if you’re using Copilot on the web.
If you're using Copilot with a work or school account, you may also want to:
- Confirm that a Copilot license is assigned to your account.
- Check your organization’s Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard for any ongoing issues (this will require assistance from your IT/M365 administrator).
