Good afternoon,

My CoPilot is not responding today. What should I do?

    If Copilot is not responding, you can try the following steps:

    • Refresh the app/page or restart the application (e.g., Teams, Word, or browser).
    • Sign out and back in to your Microsoft account.
    • Check your internet connection and reconnect/disable VPN if in use.
    • Try a different browser or device (Microsoft Edge is recommended for best compatibility).
    • Clear browser cache/cookies if you’re using Copilot on the web.

    If you're using Copilot with a work or school account, you may also want to:

    • Confirm that a Copilot license is assigned to your account.
    • Check your organization’s Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard for any ongoing issues (this will require assistance from your IT/M365 administrator).
