Hardware Dashboard Access Issue - Hardware Program Active but Dashboard Unavailable

Question

Partner Center account is active and verified. Hardware Program is listed under Active Programs. User is Global Administrator, Account Administrator and Owner. Legal Info status is Authorized. Tenant association is correct and only one tenant is linked. Accessing Windows Hardware Dashboard results in either:

• "Your Partner Center account has been deactivated"
• "The selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Office 365'"
• Hardware Dashboard URLs redirect to Partner Center Home.

Please verify the provisioning/activation state of the Hardware Dashboard workspace for Tenant ID 407816c7-bb77-4fb6-8834-7dab9e2a1586.
