My email has been asking me to enter my credentials repeatedly, im using the correct password and everything runs smoothly until Iv said that I wish to remain logged in and then it tells me my details are incorrect and somthing about sync options and server.

I can login to my laptop completely fine so I've changed my password and tried again but with no success. I have even removed my account and added it back but its still asking for correct credentials. I've cleard the cash and looked to see if the app needed an update but It doesn't, I have even reset my phone several times.

I've tried all other options for verifications and it dose the same thing, it asks me if I wish to remain logged in and then when I say yes it says password or user name are incorrect and sync options and server.

    Hi!

    1. Is your email personal, corporate, or educational?
    2. Is your email from your custom domain (@yourname.com, @companyname.com), Microsoft (@outlook.com or @hotmail.com), Google (@gmail.com), or a third-party domain?

You mentioned that you removed and added your account. Did you remove it only from the Outlook app, or also from the system? Accounts are usually saved in Android Settings, even after removing them from the app. Try this if you haven't already:

    1. First, sign out of your account in the Outlook app.
    2. Open your Android Settings > Look for Accounts, Accounts and Sync, or a similar option > Find the account that's having problems > Remove the account.
    3. Uninstall Outlook > Restart your Android > Reinstall it from the Play Store > Enter your account credentials again.
