I have purchased Microsoft 365 Family from a retailer. When installing I can get to the point of putting in my credit card for future recurring payments, then i successfully do the test to prove I'm not a robot. The button is then green with 'next" but when I click on it, it won't let me progress. Nothing happens.

Help please

Hi @Janine Muir

need to check any error message in while installation. please share screenshot to identify any issues in installation. suppose no error in the installation.

Goto start -> search-> eventviewer under windows logs check application and system in that installation timing having any error or warning message is their send the screenshot more helpful to find the issue.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. The event log didn’t reveal much unfortunately, but I have managed to resolve the issue! It seems the sticking point was the address in the subscription page - the address entered for the credit card needs to be exactly the same as the address registered for the card as per bank records. I did also temporarily deactivate Trend Micro though - that may have been part of the solution also! Cheers… J
