i cannot find out how to request a refund for my free subscription reoccuring

if you want to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription, have you used the steps on this link to cancel the subscription, and also disable the recurring billing on the subscription.

If you have cancelled the subscription, usually you would be entitled to a pro-rata refund, on the link below, you can check your eligibility for a refund on the cancelled subscription.
