Please why does Azure keep telling me i'm not eligible for neither the Pay-as-you-go, and also the Free account.

Azure free and Pay-as-you-go subscriptions are only available when specific eligibility conditions are met. When those conditions aren’t met, the portal shows that the account isn’t eligible.

From the available information, the most common reasons are:

    1. The account already used a free offer
      • An Azure free account provides a one-time $200 credit and 12 months of free services. After that, the same identity can’t get another free account.
      • If a previous free account was created (even if not fully used), new sign-ups with the same identity typically aren’t eligible for another free or trial offer.
    2. The subscription type doesn’t support what is being requested
      • Certain Azure offers are required for specific capabilities (for example, reservations require Pay-as-you-go, CSP, Microsoft Enterprise, or Microsoft Customer Agreement subscriptions). If the current offer type doesn’t match, the portal reports that there are no eligible subscriptions.
    3. The tenant or subscription is blocked or inactive
      • Tenants can be blocked due to inactivity. In such cases, sign-in or subscription creation can fail until the tenant is reactivated by Microsoft support.

    To proceed:

    1. Verify whether a free account already exists
      • Sign in to the Azure portal and check Subscriptions to see if a previous free or trial subscription is present.
    2. Use the official free account sign-up path
      • Go to the Azure free account page and select “Try Azure for free.” If the system detects an existing free account or prior usage, it will indicate that and may only offer upgrade paths.
    3. If the tenant or account is blocked or flagged
      • If there is an error about inactivity or blocked tenant, the tenant administrator must contact Microsoft support using the global support phone numbers or by creating a support request, and request tenant reactivation or resolution of any account flags.
    4. If eligibility still fails
      • Create a support request from the Azure portal (or via the public support entry point) so the Azure support team can check for account flags or prior free/trial usage that is preventing new Pay-as-you-go or free subscriptions.
