blocked mail

My hotmail was blocked, I was trying to access my account while I was on a trip to Ohio USA. I tried many times to do the verification but I have the following problems the phone number is no longer with me, the questions are so old I can't remember which address and security question this was when I created the account. But I do remember old passwords mailings subjects( ofcourse not exact maybe word or two different but overall true) and although I provide this it fails to activate. I need this mail I can provide IDS itinerary mailing history and review and contacts. I need it urgently got work and kids school purposes and paper work. Kindly urgently help

    Just to confirm, since you mentioned that you have a recovery phone number linked to your account, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

    Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

    Also, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your account?
