Intune ESP 'Account Setup' Issues

I am trying to clean up the InTune/AutoPilot enrollment in our cloud only environment (Azure, Entra, Intune, AutoPilot v1, M365).
I was able to get rid of the majority of errors that were happening on the App setup and Device setup screens during enrollment, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get through the Account setup phase without having to use the 'Continue Anyway' option which not only confuses users but it displays errors/failures on the screen which gives the IT department a bad look. Overall, things work using 'continue anyway' but I would prefer this is smooth, clean, no issues.

I have a MDMDiagReport.zip file from the most recent test run of enrollment.

Please let me know which log files would be best to share to help troubleshoot this problem with me.

Thanks everyone for your time and help =)

    Hi,

    1. Troubleshooting Autopilot issues with this script is much easier than reading all logs:

    https://oofhours.com/2025/05/01/next-generation-autopilot-troubleshooting/

    1. I know lot of admins are still doing this to skip User phase. Ideal situation is, that all apps you need are applied during Device Setup Phase. https://inthecloud247.com/speed-up-your-autopilot-deployments-by-disabling-the-account-setup-phase/
    2. In ESP, select all apps you need during autopilot, so no additional apps would flow down during Enrollment you actually don't need.

I also have a blog about these and more :)
