I was recently charged as follows:

Order number: GPA.3324-1511-6246-37167..16 Order date: Jun 3, 2026 11:51:58 AM EDT Your account: ******@cfl.rr.com; but I already have Microsoft 365 Account with MSN Recovery Code: YLJC2-2KF53-7EGRZ-KRA8T-BQWPG

Am I being charged twice for the same subscription? Regards...Jerry Thompson...

The charges are likely for two different Microsoft 365 subscriptions on different accounts or purchase channels, not necessarily a single subscription billed twice.

Key points based on the details provided:

    1. The order number format GPA.3324-... indicates a Google Play purchase. That subscription is managed through the Google Play account tied to the email shown on the order.
    2. The existing Microsoft 365 subscription with the MSN recovery code is a separate subscription associated with a Microsoft account, not with Google Play.
    3. It is common to end up with:
      • One Microsoft 365 subscription bought directly from Microsoft (via account.microsoft.com), and
      • Another Microsoft 365 subscription bought via a third party (Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon, etc.).

To confirm and stop any duplicate cost:

    1. Check all Microsoft subscriptions bought directly from Microsoft:
      • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with each Microsoft account used for Microsoft 365.
      • Look for any active Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscriptions.
      • If there is an extra subscription, select ManageCancel and follow the steps. For details, see the “Other” section in the refund article.
    2. Check the Google Play subscription (because of the GPA order number):
      • In the Google account used on the Android device where the purchase was made, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
      • If a Microsoft 365 subscription is active there and is not needed, cancel it from Google Play.
      • For cancellation or refund of a Google Play purchase, follow Google’s policies: see Learn about Google Play refund policies.
    3. If the Google Play subscription and the Microsoft account subscription are both active, that is effectively paying twice. After cancelling the unneeded one, check refund eligibility:
      • For Microsoft-direct subscriptions, see How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription.
      • For Google Play, request a refund through Google per their policy.

If the subscription was purchased from another third party (for example, Amazon) instead of Google Play, that third party must be contacted to cancel and refund that subscription.
