<PII removed> Says product key is not for my region Office 2024, which region is it for. Did not see an option for Canada English, only USA English is this way and if so how can I get it installed for English Canada?

    Regarding the error you received, any chance it was bought in a different country than where you are using it now? If so, that's the problem. Microsoft 365 product is region/country specific. You cannot buy the code in one country and use it in another.

    If you purchased Office in Canada with an intent to use it in Canada, you obviously shouldn't run into region error messages. Contact the seller and request a replacement product key, since something must be wrong with the one you initially received.

    On the other hand, if you intentionally purchased Office in a different country, that is the problem (as Emily pointed out). You will have contact Microsoft support to fix this.
