and make sure to read the disclaimers carefully. Then after that you can close it from that page.

If you want to cancel your subscription:

To do that, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please sign in the account that was associated with it. And you can turn off the auto renewal from there or cancel your subscription immediately.
