Hey im trying to log in to my roblox account but i need my email and i did alot of research and cant find it its been 1 day since

To get back into a Microsoft account when the email address is unknown or not remembered, use the official Microsoft account tools to look up or verify the account details, then use that account to sign in where needed.

1. Check if a known email is a Microsoft account
   • Go to https://account.microsoft.com and enter any email address that might be linked.
   • If a password prompt appears, that email is a Microsoft account.
   • If the message "We couldn't find an account with that username" or "That Microsoft account doesn't exist" appears, that email is not a Microsoft account. In that case, check spelling and domain (for example, .com vs .co.uk).

2. Look up a forgotten Microsoft account username
   • If security info (phone or alternate email) was set up:
     1. Use the username lookup page: Search.
     2. Request a security code to the phone number or alternate email.
     3. Enter the code and select Next.
     4. A hint of the Microsoft account email will be shown in the form j*******@outlook.com.
   • If no security info was set up, check products or services where the Microsoft account was used (for example, Xbox, email receipts) as described in Check products or services where you used your Microsoft account.
3. If the username is known but sign-in fails
   • If the email is recognized as a Microsoft account but the password does not work, use account recovery:
     1. Go to Recover your account.
     2. Enter the email, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
     3. Choose where to receive a security code and select Next.
     4. Enter the code, then set a new password.
   • If the message "We couldn't find an account with that username" still appears even though the address is believed to be correct, contact support using the Contact support option described in My username and password have stopped working.
4. If the Microsoft account email truly cannot be found
   • Use the Sign-in Helper tool to diagnose sign-in issues and get guided steps: Sign-in Helper.
   • If the account was not used for a long time, it may have been closed and deleted; in that case it cannot be restored.

Once the correct Microsoft account email is identified and access is restored, that email can be used wherever it is required for sign-in.
