Hack happening with authenticator?
First, I had places asking permission to approve login via authenticator from all over the world. As per the answers on here, I changed the email that was the alias on the account to a completely different email, removed the old email entirely from being able to be used from login, And when that didn't stop it, removed all emails from being able to be used for login.. now I'm still getting login requests through authenticator from an email that's not even currently attached to my account in any form(the original one, in question). The requests are driving me insane, and I've taken every step on here, and even tried setting it to passwordless entry only. Absolutely nothing that there are current answers for has worked to solve this issue! I'm out of answers, and apparently so is this website. I don't want AI to answer, because it just keeps repeating the same solutions that are not actually solutions to this problem. I'm not the only one with this problem, either. And it has come to my attention, that just commenting on other people's comments & stating that those do not work, isn't getting me answers any quicker. So here I am. Presenting this for everyone that hasn't got the answer to the question of how to stop the random attempts from all over the world with people attempting to log into my account maliciously. It's happening like every half hour all day everyday and has been for months. I can't take it any longer, and I'm about to close my Microsoft account if this doesn't get attention somewhere high up where someone can actually fix the problem! There needs to be attention brought to this, because I have literally tried everything given as a solution amongst this site full of answers that do not work. I speak on behalf of many, many people, when I plea for Microsoft to please get to the bottom of this! There must be some sort of hack, security issue within MS, internal issue...
