    Hi,

How did you lock your laptop? Did you use the Find My Device feature through your Microsoft account online?

If yes, I'm sorry to say that if you've locked your device online using 'Find My Device,' there is no direct option to unlock it. This feature is designed as a security measure in case the device is lost.

The only way to regain access is to reset your computer or perform a clean installation.

    From the sign-in screen.

Press and hold the Shift button, then click the power icon on your monitor and select Restart while still holding Shift.

This will take you to the recovery menu.

Click Troubleshoot > Reset This PC.

If this doesn't work, you'll need to perform a clean installation of Windows. Let me know if you need the steps.

If you've locked your Lenovo laptop, the solution depends on what type of lock you're seeing.

If it's the Windows sign-in screen

Enter your Windows password, PIN, or Microsoft account credentials.

If you've forgotten your Microsoft account password, reset it at:

    account.live.com

If the laptop says "Locked" and won't accept your password

Restart the laptop and try signing in again.

Make sure Caps Lock is off.

Check that the correct keyboard layout is selected on the sign-in screen.

    If it's a BIOS/UEFI password lock

You'll be prompted for a password before Windows starts.

This password cannot usually be bypassed without proof of ownership.

    Contact Lenovo Support:

    support.lenovo.com

If it's a BitLocker recovery screen

You'll be asked for a 48-digit recovery key.

Check your Microsoft account for the recovery key:
