This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

Microsoft does not provide a direct email address for personal Microsoft 365 billing questions.

For billing help with a Microsoft account and subscriptions, use the self-service and support options provided:

1. Go to the Microsoft account dashboard at https://account.microsoft.com and sign in, then use Services & subscriptions and Payment & billing to review and manage billing.
2. For more help with payments and billing, use the guidance under More help with payments & billing and Account & Billing Help:

3. If direct assistance is needed, select Contact Support from those pages to reach Microsoft Billing Support.
