    Dear @Bindu M S

Additionally, if your concern is about recovering data, and you want to restore from existing backups. However, it depends on whether they are within the retention period, and your environment type. For reference, please refer to Back up and restore environments

I truly apologise for redirecting you to a different community as the members of the posted category focus on users with Microsoft 365 concern and have limited knowledge about Power Automate, so to get a quick and better assistance, we redirect you in the correct way.

I appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

Canceling the Cloud Backup for Power Platform subscription stops backup operations. To resolve this and ensure data protection again, backup must be re-enabled or an alternative backup/retention approach must be configured.

    For Power Platform environments:

    1. Verify environment backup status in the Power Platform admin center.
    2. If Cloud Backup was providing extended or additional backup capabilities, re-subscribe or re-enable the backup offering so that scheduled backups resume.
    3. Ensure that regular environment backups are in place:
      • Environments with a Dataverse database are automatically backed up and can be restored to any system backup from the last seven days.
      • For production Managed Environments, backup retention can be extended from seven to 28 days.
    4. Before making significant changes, create manual backups of environments as needed.

If the intent is to permanently stop Cloud Backup but still maintain resilience, design a data retention strategy using the built-in environment backups, manual backups, and appropriate data policies and RBAC.
