Customer lost his Admin 2FA credentials

Hi Team.

Our customer cant access to the Admin Board. He hast the right Username & Password, but no access to the 2FA.
This Account is the only with Admin-Rights.
He had no ways found to create a ticket.
Hope anybody can help.

Hello.

Thank you for your support. I tried to call the support number. In my opinion, an AI bot is not a reasonable replacement for a first-second support. However, if the goal is to get rid of customers, it is a good alternative.
