I would like to transfer my subscription to different account. I'm planning to close my old email because I'm about to resign. Can I talk to a human?

Hello,

Products purchased from one Microsoft cannot be transferred to another Microsoft account.

If these are subscriptions, you have to cancel them, and use the new account to subscribe.

Or, if you simply just need to change the email address you use to sign into Microsoft account, you can change the email address itself without changing the Microsoft account.

Can you first confirm, can you sign into https://account.live.com with your current email address?
