Hope someone can help. I wonder if Windows is problem. I have a new computer purchased a week ago. My previous computer HP Envy was running Windows 11. My problem is when I run a game on my new computer it goes to background processes (my old computer did not. Game downs ok but will no run on screen. Possibly not a windows problem but I thought worth asking. Ubisoft the game producers who you would expect to have the answers have given me poor help. At nearly 80 I am pretty computer literate but this has me baffled. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about the problem. Your laptop has an ARM processor, so the game won't start because you need an x86/x64 processor to run it. That's why you're having this issue.

    Hi,

Does this problem occur in any game or a specific Ubisoft game?

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks
