Use Device Manager and Windows Update to force Windows to detect and reinstall the Bluetooth adapter.

    1. Open Device Manager.
      • In Windows 11: Select Start > Device Manager.
    2. In Device Manager, select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
      • If Windows detects the Bluetooth adapter, it will reinstall it and Bluetooth will reappear in the list.
    3. Restart the PC:
      • Select Start > Power > Restart.
    4. If Bluetooth still does not appear, install or update the driver:
      • In Device Manager, if any device appears under Other devices or with a warning icon, right‑click it and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Then restart again and check whether Bluetooth now shows in Device Manager and in Settings.
    5. Make sure Windows is fully updated, because some Bluetooth drivers are delivered via Windows Update:
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and install everything offered, then restart.

If Windows still does not show any Bluetooth entry in Device Manager after scanning for hardware changes and installing all updates, the system may not be detecting the Bluetooth hardware at all (for example, disabled or failed adapter). In that case, obtain the correct Bluetooth driver from the PC or adapter manufacturer and install it, then repeat the scan for hardware changes and restart.

    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks
