Unfortunately, you have a slow CPU and small enough memory. 4 GB is enough for Windows itself, but each running program requires additional RAM. After each update, installed software (including Chrome) will use more and more memory. It is sad but seems your hardware reached its limits already.
High CPU and Memory Utilization
Hello,
My laptop HP 15s-fq0xxx is hosting Windows 11 environment. In Task Manager, I always see High CPU / Memory usage (upper than 80%), beside, I experience slow applications response times.
I've tried to reset my computer (to factory default), to reset MS Defender (MpCmdRun.exe -ResetPlatform) and follow the instructions in this page Clean Boot but no method was successful at resolving this problem.
Please, can you help me fix it ?
Thank you,

please go to Performance tab of Task manager and show CPU, Memory and Disk C: data.
Please note, not every program (process) shows its window at desktop. Modern Internet-related apps may use many memoy even if you do not see their windows.
