black screen while gaming causing crash when plugged in

  • Random black screen appearing before game crashes.
  • This started when i changed my charger
  • I tried changing settings to minimum to reduce load on gpu.but nothing worked
  • its not due to overheating.

    Open File Explorer.

    Go to C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports

    Is there any WarchDog dump files in the two sub-folders in that folder.

    If there are, copy them out onto your Desktop and zip them up.

    Then, please upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.
