Microsoft store purchase issue

I am unable to buy dayz on the microsoft store. It keeps saying "Try that again" "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." About an hour ago when I tried buying it on the microsoft store app it was saying "Purchase limit reached", but this is a completely new microsoft account, and now it has gone back to saying Try that again.

Please help soon I really want to play this game with my friend!

    The notice "Purchase limit reached" appears if you have problem with your purchase and try again too much in a short time.

    Please wait for 24 hours then making a purchase again.
